New House Electrical Wiring Project in Annapolis, MD 21403
At Deshaies Electrical Services, we recently completed a new house electrical wiring project in Annapolis, MD. Our team of skilled electricians worked diligently to install all electrical systems safely and efficiently.
Recessed Lighting Installation
Our team installed recessed lighting throughout the new house, adding both aesthetic appeal and functional illumination. While most fixtures were expertly fitted, three fixtures remain to be installed (two in the kitchen and one on the high part of the basement stairs), which will be completed during our next visit.
Connecting Kitchen Appliances
Our team made significant progress in connecting major kitchen appliances. The microwave, disposal, dishwasher, and oven are now hooked up, bringing functionality to the home’s kitchen. A 15-amp dual function breaker will be required for the garbage disposal in a future visit as a temporary 15-amp solution is currently in place.
Materials for Future Work
For the continuation of this project, we have compiled a precise material list. This includes a surface mounted range receptacle, two 1900 boxes, two duplex receptacle covers, five duplex receptacles, and two single gang old work boxes. These materials will ensure the remaining installations are completed to our high standards.
Wire Pulling in Basement and Floors
The process of wiring began in the basement and will be systematically executed through all floors of the house. Our team has already commenced pulling wire on the basement level, initiated work on the first floor, and plans are in place to continue to the top floor on our next scheduled visit. This strategic approach ensures optimized wiring infrastructure and paves the way for reliable electrical connectivity throughout the entire residence.
